Vintage Style Large Peacock Feather Fascinator

Didn’t make the wedding

I ordered the fascinator on a Friday but by the time I was leaving Wales on the following Thursday morning it hadn’t arrived so the fascinator didn’t make the wedding. I paid for postage for it to arrive within 1-2 days of the order, I did send a number of emails asking for an update and explained the timeframe. The company referred me to Royal Mail as the issue but that was pointless. And I couldn’t track as company didn’t update the progress. The fascinator is beautiful but the service was poor. If you’re ordering then make sure you do so well ahead of event and don’t rely on the timeframes provided. I was really disappointed and unfortunately won’t be using the company again. Reliability and good communication is key for me as a customer and should be too if you’re running a business.
