At Fascinators Direct we pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction and are happy to offer no quibble when you shop online with us. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or if your product is faulty or damaged, you may return the goods to us for either an exchange or refund.
> All returned goods should be with their original packaging with tags attached and in an unworn / unused condition and should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. If the tags have been removed or if the item is returned outside of the specified time, the returned goods will be rejected.
> We regret that we are unable to accept returns on bespoke custom designed items.
> Please make sure the goods are packaged securely and we recommend that you return your goods by registered post or obtain a proof of posting. Fascinators Direct will not be liable for non-delivery of returned goods or returns which have been damaged in transit.
> You will be liable for the return postage costs and we do not refund shipping costs paid for express delivery upgrades such as next working day delivery.
Tip: To return small or medium sized parcels you could use your local Post Office, but for larger parcels and hat boxes, it might be cheaper for you to use a courier. A comparison site such as Parcel2Go should give you competitive rates for a variety of courier services with options for either a collection or drop off.
> For international orders, we do not refund any additional fees and charges which you may have incurred, such as import VAT or customs duties.
> All returns should be accompanied by our returns form which you can download and print using the button below. Please place the completed returns form inside the package as we will be unable to identify you or process your refund without it.

> If you're unable to print out a returns form, you can use a copy of the delivery note or original invoice, or include a handwritten note with your name, address, order number and explain what the issue is.

> All refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the returned goods but please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.
> We can only refund the original payment method used. We will not refund any customs duties from International buyers or original shipping costs.
> For rejected deliveries or for orders which have been returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address being used, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of £5 which will be deducted from the refund.
