I was extremely impressed that they got in touch with me and asked if I had intended to do that or wanted to amend my order so they matched. All resolved quickly prior to items being dispatched. Wrapped beautifully and arrived in perfect condition. Will be wearing at a wedding on Saturday and the hatinator is really easy to wear and goes perfectly with my outfit.

Was advised correctly. Products arrived promptly and were perfect and good quality. Dressed the hat with flowers to match my outfit which were easy to place between the bow section. Great success and so lovely to be at a relatively ‘normal’ event again!
