I have ordered (and returned) several fascinators to this company without any fuss. Prompt delivery (and refunds!). Yes I've had to pay postage but some companies won't even accept returns!. They have offered helpful support including suggesting I send a pic of outfit to them to match. They have 'ordered-in' pieces not on website!
