Ordered a different fascinator for my daughters wedding but got an email saying that it was damaged and would I like to choose another fascinator or a refund. I originally said refund but changed my mind a few hours later and I'm so glad I did. The service was excellent, and the fascinator arrived within 2 days in a sturdy box. The fascinator itself is made to a good standard and feel very comfortable on. It came on a hair clip with the band in the box. I changed the clip for the band.
