Initially there was an issue with delivery but it was entirely Royal Mails fault! However, when I first contacted michelle re the whereabouts of my order she responded really quick and explained in detail, she was really polite, professional yet down to earth. I recieved my fascinator the next day and when It arrived i was not disappointed! It was EXACTLY as it looked on the website, the material was good quality and I was complimented on it throughout the whole day whilst at the wedding I attended. Overall great service and great product would definitely buy again.
